August 2025 Carinderia style Filipino Chinese restaurant that offers a luxurious homestyle menu. New Sunbeam is not new but retains that old charm and is one of the oldest eateries in the Greenhills complex and that it is still the same is all well and good. The menu has stayed the same especially their favorite mainstay specials. Their general store counter is also still there. Service is homestyle and their friendly attendants are always easy to communicate with. The place is simple but clean with no frills. A well preserved place from the heyday of Greenhills era. Our recent lunch at Sunbeam in Greenhills, San Juan, was an absolute culinary delight. The restaurant's overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the perfect stage for a memorable meal. The highlight of our experience was the delectable spread of dishes we indulged in. The sweet and sour fish was a perfect balance of tangy and sweet, the paksiw na pata was fall-off-the-bone tender, and the sauteed Chinese broccoli was crisp and flavorful. The fresh lumpia and clams were equally delicious, adding a touch of variety to our meal. My aunts and I have made it a tradition to dine at Sunbeam whenever we're shopping at Greenhills, and for good reason. It's truly an eating haven that I highly recommend.

Has been my comfort food since the elementary days of my kids. I remember hanging out and eating here. My go-to veggie meat place. The black gulaman di tinipid. Lumpia, veggie meat at Pata Sautee still taste the same even after more than 20years.

Chinese food. Menu that is always fitted in every occasions and taste buds. It fulfil the need of healty meals. You can choose range of vegetable, meat, soup, healty snacks. Healthy meal means a balance of nutrients and rich of tastes. Like a Chinese proverb, food is medicine. The portion is good for shares.

Good food, but service could be better. Already took way too long to pay for our bill and they let a customer jump the line in front of me presumably because they were only buying 2 items for takeout.
